Hosting and website delivery
This website is served from a VPS through the Cloudflare proxy/tunnel. Technical connection data such as your IP address, the requested page, access time and response status may be processed in hosting and proxy logs to deliver and protect the website. This processing serves our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact us for information about the hosting and proxy processing relevant to your request.
Form and email contact
Form entries remain in your browser. When you select “Open email draft”, JavaScript creates a mailto link with your entries and requests your own email application. This website does not submit the form to a server, send an email or store the entries. You review and send the draft yourself; your email application and email provider handle that step. If no email application is configured, use the displayed contact address. After you send an email, we use its contents and contact details to respond to your enquiry. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where necessary for pre-contractual steps requested by you; otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries is the basis under Art. 6(1)(f). We keep correspondence for as long as necessary for the enquiry and any applicable statutory retention obligations. Please do not include personal data from source documents or attach original documents.
Cookies, analytics and local media
The landing implementation sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads its fonts, images and videos from this website. It includes no third-party form service. Cloudflare acts as the delivery and security proxy and processes connection data. The separately linked demo uses Cloudflare Access and has its own authentication process.
Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
